2. Delivery of the subject of purchase
Together with the Access Purchase Agreement, EuropeLife undertakes to provide the Buyer with access / licenses that are the subject of the purchase, and the Buyer undertakes to take over the digital object / content and pay EuropeLife the purchase price according to the current price list.
3. EuropeLife responsibility
- User accounts and access to the advertisement database as well as the possibility of adding them, which the parties have agreed, will make EuropeLife available to the buyer for a period specified in the package.
- EuropeLife is not responsible for the content of advertisements but reserves the right to delete them and block the account in case of violation of social and moral principles.
4. Significant breach of contract
If the faulty performance of access is a material breach of contract, the Buyer has the right to:

5. Guarantee of quality
